He is the beacon of light for Afro Cuban Dance and Music in Baltimore!!!!

Known by his alter egos, the dancer: "American Niche" (given to him by Mayito Rivera) and the DJ: "The TIMBA TITAN." He is just as deadly with his feet and body movement as he is in the DJ booth "truly the double threat!" Over the years Cedric has trained, taught, and performed with some of the best local dance companies such as KayaDance, GeorgiaBoyDance, and DanceInTime, as well as one of the best Rueda de Casino companies in the country, the DC Casineros. He is currently and constantly training with one of the most sought after casineros and afro-folkloric dance masters in the country Duane Wrenn of Energetic Soul. He has recently aligned forces with Baltimore's own Afro-Cuban master, Sheena Black! Charm City watch out for RDC Baltimore!

He is the founder of Rueda de Casino Baltimore where the focus is giving his students knowledge of dances such as danzon, son, rumba, casino, rueda de casino, and other forms of afro-cuban dances so they can simply become great social dancers that can adapt to any style of Latin style of Afro-Latin dance. The staff of RDCB, Linnea Holt , Jaclyn Miller, Tisha clair, Ayrea O'Neil and Matthew Jacobson have made RDC Baltimore a very reputable and solid social dance school. RDCB has masterminded and provided the DMV area with some of the best dance socials and mega parties such as the annual Baltimore Cuban Dance Party and workshops working with greats such as DJ Dola (Co-founder of the Salsa Underground Washington DC), DJ Reyna, DC Casineros, Saoco DC, Kati Hernandez of Los Angeles, CA, DJ Walt Digz of San Francisco, CA, DJ Asho of NYC, Ruedame of NYC, Faukata of NY, Phily Con Sabor of Philadelphia, PA, & Julian Mejia of Salsatlanta, Atlanta, GA.

RDCB is collaborating with the Living Well to bring the community Cuban Dance Socials here and there throughout the year!!!!!

Cedric won the DJ Battle Royale champship in Baltimore in 2025 and is the only DJ that plays a wide variety of afro-latin genres of music such as songo, timba, son, & rumba in addition to "mainstream salsa." DJ legends Asho, Walt Digz, & Dola are his music mentors and because of that, when Cedric DJ'he brings the house down!!!

Cedric is currently one of the DJ's and regular instructors featured at "Salsa nights" at Johnny Sanchez restaurant in the Horseshoe Casino.

He is one of the go to DJ's for national Cuban Music and Dance Festivals. He is an official DJ for BCN Music Cedric is a very popular and well utilized DJ for Absolute Entertainment in Lithicum, MD .
